The second bedroom is great for roommates, a home office, a guest room, or gaming command center.
You'll find endless cabinets and a full-height pantry in the chef's kitchen, along with all-new granite countertops. A full bath opens off the great room.
As a corner unit, the Kay offers two balconies. There is so much light and air that you might not even need your built-in ceiling fans. But you'll have them, just in case.
