I'm hoping to sublease my room for the spring. I live on 29th street, only a 10 min walk from campus. Currently its a triple with the room at 3,000$ monthly with a private bathroom!
(price is negotiable so DM me!) but can sublease in diff ways :
- as a double for 1,500k a month (each)
- a triple for 1k a month (each)
- or as a single for 3k per month
Utilites are about 90$ flat with wifi per month.
